The Sultan's Pier

During the winter break my family and I went to back to Kota Bharu, Kelantan. The weather was wet most of the time because of monsoon season. It didn't rain but poured and the only favorite place in town to find out if the Kelantan river is flooding; The Sultan's Pier is a famous landmark and it is a flood indicator, when the water overflowed its river banks and the pier, then the flood would be on its way. I was there to find out in person!
