SPCA

I came across SPCA when I was 9 years old in NZ. On TVNZ I saw a documentary on SPCA, it showed orphaned kittens sent to a foster mother cat and she accepted the kittens as her own. I could remember this episode because cats could love other kittens even though they're not hers. Pets are supposed to be loved and not abused. Unwanted pets should be sent to SPCA.
